GIBSON CF-100 Description
- single sharp cutaway small body, spruce top, mahogany back and sides, round soundhole with single ring rosette, body binding, mahogany neck, 14/20-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with pearl trapezoid inlays, black headstock overlay with pearl Gibson logo and crown inlay, three-per-side nickel tuners, rosewood reverse bridge with two pearl dot inlays, white bridge pins, tortoise teardop pickguard (1950-mid-1950s) or larger J-35 pre-war-style pickguard (mid-1950s-1959), available in Sunburst finish, 14.125 in. body width, 19.5 in. body length, 4.5 in. deep, 24.75 in. scale, approx. 1,675 mfg. 1950-59.
Early models may have a gold logo or no logo at all.
