- offset double cutaway ash body, bolt-on maple neck, 22-fret maple or rosewood fingerboard, six-on-one-side tuners, G&L dual fulcrum, Kahler, or Leo Fender fine tuner Pat# vibratos, choice of two single coil and one humbucker, two humbuckers, or three single coil pickups, rear loaded controls, controls dependent on pickup configuration, chrome hardware, two tone paint scheme, available in various colors, mfg. 1987-1991.
The fourth Interceptor design is more traditional than the previous three incarnations, and the top has a carved sloped ledge along the bass side.
