FENDER NEWPORTER Description
- dreadnought style, spruce top, round soundhole, mahogany back/sides, mahogany neck, one-ply bound top, 14/20-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot inlay, rosewood bridge, available in Mahogany finish, 25.5 in. scale, 14.375 in. body width, mfg. 1965-1971.
In 1968, a Mahogany top, three-ply pickguard, and Black finish were introduced.
