- offset double cutaway alder body, bolt-on maple neck, 22-fret maple fingerboard with black dot inlays (8402) or rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays (8400), four-on-one-side tuners, fixed bridge, two J-style Lace Sensor pickups, volume/pan control, concentric treble/bass control, active electronics, chrome hardware, available in Arctic White, Black, Black Pearl Burst, Blue Pearl Burst, Brown Sunburst, Caribbean Mist, Frost Red (early 1990s), Gun Metal Blue (early 1990s), Lipstick Red, Midnight Blue, Midnight Wine, Natural, Pewter (early 1990s), or Root Beer Metallic (early 1990s) finish, mfg. 1990-94.
An ash body and a maple fingerboard with black dot inlays was optional (Model 019-8500).
