I also disagree with the pricing evaluation on here for this guitar. This guitar would fetch well over 1500 these days the way it is built. Blows away most Martin D41s...

I have recently aquired a F115 from a gentleman who told me the guitar was in his basement for 30 something years. It is in amazing shape except the back shows some trapped moisture. I bought the guitar for 250 dollars and brought her home. After properly humidifing the guitar and cleaning it up and putting new strings on, I was blown away when I took my first strum. Action was perfect. Tone was a monster and sustain for ever with overtones like I never heard before. I own many Martins and have had the nicest guitars any man can want in 40 years of collecting but I gotta say this guitar is very special and I will never get rid of it. Here is a link to my youtube video of it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N0MbH-k06nY&t=4s
