- similar to the DG-40 S/DG-41 S, except has a single cutaway, a Fishman Acoustic Matrix Professional pickup, onboard preamp, and electronics, mfg. 1995-2000.
In 1996, the model was changed to the DG-41 S, the top was specified as Englemann spruce. DG-40 S models will have Fender Mono Two-Way electronics.
