ESP VINTAGE PLUS S Description
- offset double cutaway alder or ash body, bolt-on maple neck, 22-fret maple or rosewood fingerboard with dot inlay (logo block inlay at 12th fret), two-point tremolo, six-on-one-side Sperzel locking tuners, chrome hardware, pearloid pickguard, three Vintage Rail Seymour Duncan single coil pickups, three knobs (v, two tone), five-way switch, available in 2-Tone Sunburst, 3-Tone Sunburst, Black, Metallic Gold, Pearl White, or Turquoise finish, mfg. 1995-2000.
In 1998, 3 ESP SS-120 single coil pickups replaced the 3 Vintage Rail Seymour Duncan pickups; Honey Sunburst, Trans. Blue, Transparent Green, Transparent Purple, and Transparent Red finishes were introduced (these finishes were previously a $100 optional upgrade); Metallic Gold, Pearl White, and Turquoise finishes were disc.
