- concert style deep body with soft cutaway (C25), myrtlewood back/sides, maple neck, walnut binding, 14/20-fret bound ebony fingerboard with hand-engraved abalone and mother-of-pearl reproductions of North West Indian totems (whale and fish motifs), ebony pinless bridge, bound peghead, ebony peghead veneer, three-per-side gold Schaller tuners, available in satin finish, mfg. 1996-present.
In 1997, this model was renamed the Northwest, and in 1999, it was renamed the Northwest Classic.
