- single round cutaway hollow style, arched maple top/back/sides, bound body/f-holes, raised black pickguard, maple neck, 20-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with pearl split block inlay, rosewood bridge, trapeze tailpiece, bound peghead with pearl Aria Pro II logo and dove inlay, three-per-side tuners, gold hardware, two humbucker pickups, two volume/tone controls, three-position switch, available in Brown Sunburst or Vintage Sunburst finish, mfg. 1991-2005.
In 1993, Brown Sunburst finish was disc. A similar model, the FA 70 TR was offered until 1992. This model had a tremolo tailpiece and the same construction. Later superseded by the FA 75 TR model. This model is also known as the Johnny Smith model.
