Mandolins: M Series

Tacoma's M Mandolin Series feature their uniquely shaped and placed offset soundholes in the upper bass bout of the instrument. These mandolins were advertised as not being a traditional "A" or "F" style, but rather Tacoma's own design. In 2002, Tacoma announced two new mandolins that were based on traditional designs: the AMF32ASB (Last MSR was $2,499) that featured an A-style body, and the AMF42SSB (Last MSR was $2,999) that featured an F-style body. Information is scarce about these models, and it is unknown if they were actually produced.
