Mandolin

Like Dobro acoustic resonators, most Dobro mandolins have no model number listed on the actual instrument. Because of this, identifying your Dobro mandolin can be very frustrating if not impossible. The good news is that most mandolins were numbered in conjunction with the acoustic resonators and most mandolins will have a corresponding acoustic guitar with the same specs. Rather than individually list each model, we've provided a brief list of the models produced between the late 1920s and the early 1940s.
