ELECTRIC: SERIES II SERIES

Ibanez had a number of upscale models in the mid-1970s, but it is estimated that only a small number of these models were produced. The Artwood Nouveau, perhaps inspired by Ibanez' Rex Bogue-derived Model 2670, was a Strat copy with a carved mahogany body and carved headstock. The intriguing Custom Agent (Model 2405) featured a bound, ornate Les Paul body and notched headstock. Custom Agent models had a retail list price of $448 in 1976. The Black Eagle Bass was a Jazz Bass model with maple fingerboard and pearl inlaid pickguard with eagle inlay design. These models were produced between 1975 and 1977.
