ELECTRIC: MAXXAS (MX) SERIES

The Maxxas Series did not last very long on the market. However, they did start many firsts at Ibanez. The Maxxas body featured two long pointy bouts where the bass bout extended up to the 10th fret. The All Access neck joint was first used on this guitar, and the second version featured a hollowed out body (with no soundholes). The two versions virtually identical from far away, but the knobs on the second version are farther apart and does not have a locking vibrato.
