ELECTRIC: ZO TRAVEL/NOMAD SERIES

The Nomad has a body shape that is described as a "standing elephant." These guitars are meant to be portable as they have smaller bodies and onboard amplifiers and a speaker. The amp is run by a battery.

- hardwood "elephant-shaped" body, bolt-on maple neck, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot inlay, fixed bridge, six-on-one-side tuners, humbucker pickup, built-in 3.5 in. speaker and amp, volume control, LED light, on/off switch, chrome hardware, available in Black, Blue, Cream White, Gold, Green, Pink, Red, Silver, Sunburst, Yellow, or Vintage Metallic Blue finish, 24 in. scale, mfg. 1993-2004.
The built-in 5 watt amplifier is powered by a 9-volt battery.

ZO-3 USA/NOMAD CUSTOM

- similar to the Nomad Standard except has a Hot Rod Flames, UK Flag, or USA Flag graphic finish, mfg. 1994-99.
When this model was first released it was only available with the USA Flag finish, which made it the Custom model. The UK Flag was added in 1998, and Hot Rod Flames was added in 1999. In 2000, this model was combined with the Nomad Deluxe (the finish of the Custom was combined with the features of the Deluxe, they retained the Deluxe name).
