Valvetrain Amplifiers was founded by Rick Gessner in Orlando, FL. They build all-tube guitar amps that are mainly based on the narrow-panel Fender tweed style from the mid- to late 1950s. Several models are copies of the popular Fender models with slight modifications (the Classic Series), but Valvetrain also offers their own series of models (Valvetrain Series). Custom shop amps and signature series models are also available. Valvetrain offers a service called Tortured Tweed, where they age the tweed covering on an amp sort of like the Relic series from Fender. For more information, visit Valvetrain's website or contact them directly.
Amplifiers currently produced in Altamonte Springs (Orlando), FL. Previously produced in Sorrento, FL.
