SADOWSKY AUDIO

Roger Sadowsky, a noted East Coast repairman and luthier, has been providing quality customizing and repairs in his shop since 1979. Sadowsky currently produces archtop jazz electric guitars, solidbody electric guitars, and electric basses. For more information on electric guitars, refer to the Blue Book of Electric Guitars. In 2005, he introduced a line of bass amps to complement his electric bass line. Sadowsky came up with the idea and initial concept and brought them to noted amp manufacturers to design and build it. The SA200 tube bass amp head was the first amp project, and it was designed and built by Dolf Koch of Koch Amplification in Holland. The speaker cabinets SA210 and SA410 designed for use with the SA200 are built by Jim Bergantino in Boston, MA. Sadowsky also had plans for a guitar amp line, but it appears that it never materialized.
