LEGION SOUND

Madison was founded by Andy Hitch in 2000, and is named after his daughter that was born the same year. They started out producing speakers and eventually moved on to building amplifiers as well. Legion Sound is the budget brand for Madison, and they produce a wide variety of solid-state guitar and bass amplifiers, speaker cabinets, and PA equipment. At the end of 2006, Madison announced that they would not be building anymore Legion combo guitar or bass amps, and are focusing on head units and speaker cabinets. In 2010, Madison closed their doors and halted production of all products, which included the Legion Sound brand as well.
