Haynes amplifiers were built by the Amplifier Corporation of America (ACA) during the late 1950s and early 1960s. They produced one notable model - the Jazz King 212 Combo. This amp was solid-state in construction and featured reverb, phaser, tremolo, and two channels. In 1964, Unicord bought ACA and started building Univox-branded amplifiers. The Haynes trademark was discontinued at this same time. It's possible that Haynes and Univox may have some similarities in construction, but there is no evidence supporting that this ever happened.
