Gorilla is a brand used on a line of amps distributed by Pignose. An early Gorilla model was dubbed as one of the first modeling amps. In the owner's manual it showed how to set the tone controls and such to get it to sound like other amplifiers. These amps were produced in the 1980s when supposedly Peavey sued them for patented circuitry. They changed their designs and continue to produce amplifiers today. All models are practice or entry-level amplifiers and retail prices fall between $75 and $200. For more information, visit Gorilla's website or contact them directly.
Amplifiers currently produced in Asia. Distributed by Pignose in Las Vegas, NV.
