Mark Altekruse founded Cruise Audio Systems in 1999, and he built traditional vacuum tube amps with high engineering and ultra-modern manufacturing practices. The first amp produced was the MQ4, which had four independent channels, and it was available as a combo or a head with speaker cabinet.
