CARL MARTIN

Carl Martin amplifiers and effects are produced by East Sound Research in Denmark. East Sound was founded as a professional PA rental company in 1990. Shortly thereafter, they began building their own custom made audio equipment. In 1993, they introduced their first guitar pedal called the Hot Drive'n Boost. In 2005, they introduced the Custom Shop 50 tube combo amp. This amp was designed to compete with any other combo tube amp on the market, and it can also handle high-gain overdrive pedals without breaking out.
