The roots of Demeter date back to 1980 when John Demeter, Rob Robinetter, and Phil Van Allen designed their first FET direct box. They started the company called Innovative Audio Systems and continued to produce different audio products. In 1990, the company was renamed Demeter Amplification, and more guitar related amplifiers started to surface in the early 1990s. Now in the 21st century, Demeter has a full range of products which include guitar combo amps, power amps, preamps, and other audio effects. For more information, visit Demeter's website or contact them directly.
