Rainer Tausch's 665 Model has a semi-acoustic pear body in its basic version. The 665 is available with a fixed bridge or with a vintage tremolo. The tremolo itself has a wooden block made of Pao Ferro instead of the common steel block. The "set in" Neck with 26 3/16 scale (665mm) is a construction feature to reach tonal selectivity and "twangy" tones. The 665 is available in a white varnish with black stripes (fix bridge) or black varnished with white stripes (tremolo version). Prices are listed online.
