While the St. Moritz trademark was a brand name used on Japanese-built guitars, neither the U.S. distributor nor the Japanese manufacturer has been identified. Some models appear to be Teisco/Kawai. Most are the shorter scale beginnerĀ“s guitar, and are available in a thinline hollowbody or solid body design (source: Michael Wright, Vintage Guitar Magazine).
