Swiss luthier Rolf Spuler built approximately 350 guitars and basses in his shop. He is probably best known in the U.S. for designing the Ibanez Affirma Bass series that was produced in the early 1990s. In the mid-2000s, Spuler along with BridgeCo developed the first guitar to utilize firewire. This allowed the user to connect the guitar directly to a computer and track each string individually. Spuler passed away in 2014 from cancer, but left a shop full of parts for his guitars. For information on Supler guitar parts, visit Rolf Spuler's website.
Instruments previously produced in Switzerland between 1981 and 2014. Previously distributed in the U.S. by Fine Guitar Consultants in San Diego, CA.
