The idea for Pawar guitars was discussed in 1995 between Jay Pawer and Jeff Johnston, and the first guitar came in 1999. Pawar Guitars are handcrafted in the U.S., and currently available in two models. All models come standard with the Pawar positive tone system (P.T.S.), and feature carved maple tops, lightweight swamp ash backs, maple necks, and rosewood fretboards.
