HARDBODY COMPOSITE GUITARS

Designer George M. Clayton is an expert in composite (graphite) materials, and has a background in the aerospace field as well as yacht (Catamaran) building. Clayton was a former vice president and head designer for the Rainsong Guitar Company and previously offered the STS-1 solid body, graphite electric guitar. The STS-1 (last MSR $1,750) features a neck-through molded design, ebony fingerboard, abalone inlays, active EMG 89 humbucker pickups, and three custom colors (Red, White, or Black).
