Dennis Bouvier Bourke, a professional guitarist and recording studio owner, debuted a new guitar design in 1997 that mates a mahogany body with a DuPont Corian top as a way to deliver a consistent, rich sound. The DuPont Corian was available in over sixty colors, and was guaranteed to never fade or discolor.
Instruments previously built in Ocean Gate, NJ during the late 1990s.
