English custom luthier John Birch both designed and built the Rotosound instruments. This high quality solidbody did not have any cutaways in the overall design, and a modular pickup configuration offered the variety of 10 different plug-ins. The Rotosound trademark is currently used on a line of guitar and bass strings from England. Source: Tony Bacon and Paul Day, The Guru's Guitar Guide.
