President and founder Vinson Williams invented the Keytar - a guitar that has 12 chromatic strings that are played by a keyboard. Essentially the keys replace the frets, which allows the player to experience both guitar and keyboard. These instruments are made of light-weight aluminum with EMG pickups and full-size piano keys. The V-1 is for the entry-level player as it only has one octave of notes while the V-2 (MSR $1,499) has two full octaves. For more information, visit Keytar's website or contact them directly.
