Luthier Johathan Lee founded Walden guitars in 1996. Lee, who studied and worked under luthier Charles Fox, leads a group of skilled builders in the small town of Lilan, Norther China. Walden introduced their line of guitars to the U.S. at the Summer NAMM show in 2003. Walden produces a wide variety of guitars in various configurations including Dreadnoughts, Nylon-stringed classicals, and Grand Auditoriums.
