NASHVILLE GUITAR COMPANY

Luthier/musician Marty Lanham began working on stringed instruments in San Francisco during the late 1960s, and moved to Nashville in 1972. He accepted a job at Gruhn Guitar's repair shop, and spent eight years gaining knowledge and lutherie insight. In 1985, Lanham went into business custom building his own acoustic guitars. Nashville Guitar's custom steel string acoustic models feature German or sitka spruce tops; mahogany, koa, Indian or Brazilian rosewood, Tasmanian blackwood, and Malagasy kingwood back and sides, mahogany neck, and an ebony or rosewood fingerboard. They also offer museum-quality restorations. For more information, visit Nashville's website or contact them directly.
