Knaggs Guitars was founded by former PRS employees Joe Knaggs and Peter Wolf in 2009. Luthier Knaggs and a small team of craftsmen make all of their guitars in their Greensboro, MD workshop while marketing guru Wolf handles the promotion and marketing side of the business. All guitars are named after American Indian river names and special attention is paid to the woods used in their instruments. Knaggs offers acoustic guitars, electric guitars, and electric basses and their instruments typically have a street price between $3,500 and $4,500.
