Handcrafted Chapin guitars feature carefully thought out designs that provide ergonomic comfort and a wide palette of tones. All Chapin guitars are handcrafted by luthiers Bill Chapin and Fred Campbell; all guitars feature the Campbell/Chapin locking dovetail set-in neck joint. Chapin also offered the Chapin Insight Guitar Inspection Camera that allowed luthiers/repairmen/customers/etc. to view the inside of an acoustic guitar.
