Mandolins previously produced in Chicago, IL during the late 1890s and early 1900s.
Luthier John Brandt produced a variety of mandolins, mandolas and other related instruments in his Chicago shop during the early 20th century. Many of his designs feature ornate inlays and high-quality woods. However, little specific information is known about his instruments. Prices can range anywhere between $500 and $1,500 depending on condition and features.
