Amplifiers and speaker cabinets previously produced in China until 2009, and in Montrose, MN until the early 2000s. Nemesis was a division and distributed by U.S. Music Corporation in Mundelein, IL.
The Nemesis brand was Eden Electronics' budget line, and they offered a full line of bass amp heads, combos, and speaker enclosures that are designed in the U.S. but manufactured in China. Early Nemesis models were produced in the U.S., but all production eventually moved overseas. The first Nemesis amps featured a different style than their Eden counterparts while older models feature a large Nemesis logo. In 2005, the NC series was introduced, and the amps began to look more similar to other Eden amps. The new logo was very similar to the Eden logo with "David" replaced with "Nemesis." In 2008, much of the Nemesis line was overhauled with the RS Series, and in 2009, they changed the prefix of all Nemesis amps to "EN." In 2010, U.S. Music discontinued all Nemesis-branded amps and have introduced budget-line models within the Eden trademark.
