Amplifiers currently produced in Asia. Previously produced in the U.S. during the 1980s. Distributed by Dean Markley Strings, Inc. in Santa Clara, CA.
Dean Markley is most known for their strings, pickups, and various other accessories. In 1983, they introduced their first amplifiers with several more lines coming out in the mid-1980s. The K-Series became very popular among student guitarists, however they did produce a line of all-tube amplifiers. They discontinued their entire line of amplifiers in the 1990s, but they currently offer mini-practice amps that run on 12-volt batteries. Many schematics and user manuals are posted on their website. For more information, visit Dean's website or contact them directly.
