Instruments previously produced in Italy from the early 1970s to the early 1980s.
The Welson company produced medium quality guitars based on Gibson designs, as well as their own original designs and semi-hollowbody models. Welson guitars were built by Quagliardi, as well as possibly the Polverni Brothers.
