Instruments currently built in Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Germany. Distributed in the U.S. by a few select dealers including LAG in Chicago, IL, David Gage, in New York, NY, and the Atlanta Bass Gallery in Atlanta, GA.
Marleaux produces one of Europe's finest basses where every bass is an unique instrument. There are several different models being offered including the Consat and the headless Betra. New models include the Soprano Ukulele Bass and Diva fretless with three octave fretboard. Options are the normal with neck-through or bolt-on construction, one piece bodies, or exotic tops and backs (over 40 varieties of very old tonewoods are available).
