Luthier Christopher J. Eccleshall is known for the high quality guitars that he produces. Eccleshall also builds violins, mandolins, and banjos. Some of his original designs carry such model designations as Excalibur, EQ, and Craftsman. Eccleshall was also the first UK maker to have Japanese-built solid body guitars.
